1. Arrival at Base

When you arrive at the base, our team will meet you in the parking lot to direct you to the reception desk, where we’ll confirm your reservation and give you some initial instructions on how the activity will proceed.

2. Preparation & Equipment

Now is the time to change into clothing suitable for today’s weather conditions. Whether you’re wearing just a swimsuit or our wetsuits, our guides will be on hand to advise you on the appropriate attire to ensure you have the best possible experience. We will provide you with safety equipment and explain how to adjust it.

3. Safety

We gather to hear the basic instructions, form groups, and assign guides who go over the safety details with the boat crew.

4. The Fun Begins

The boats are setting out to tackle the rapids! Throughout the trip, your kayak guide will point out the safe passages and the waves to navigate. Let the fun begin!

5. Return to Base

After more than two hours of wading through the water, it’s time to head back to base camp on one of our buses! Once there, you can enjoy the facilities (swimming pool, volleyball court, spa, restrooms with showers) and sip a beer on the terrace! You can have lunch and/or dinner on site—just let us know when you arrive.
