1. Arrival at Base

When you arrive at the base, our team will meet you in the parking lot to direct you to the reception desk, where we’ll confirm your reservation and give you some initial instructions on how the activity will proceed.

2. Preparation & Equipment

Now is the time to change into appropriate clothing for today’s weather conditions. Whether you’re wearing just a wetsuit or one of our thermal suits, our guides will be on hand to advise you on the right gear to ensure you have the best possible experience. We’ll provide you with safety equipment and explain how to adjust it properly.

3. Safety

We gather to hear the basic instructions, form groups, and assign guides who will go over the safety instructions with the boat.

4. Let the fun begin

A first run in the morning, then a 30‑minute break for a healthy, nourishing lunch before heading back out. The second descent is more intense, with participants now familiar with the route and a guide who knows their crew.

5. Back to base camp

We head back to base to come down from the adrenaline and enjoy the facilities… We look at the photos… we laugh!!! Then we share a good meal with friends.

6. Camping and breakfast

On a private, peaceful site, you settle in comfortably to relax by the fire and fall asleep to the sound of the river and the unforgettable laughter of an epic day… Once rested, it’s time to head back to the base camp for breakfast! Fresh fruit and quality food will be waiting for you so you can start the day on the best possible note!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Class 3 to 4 rapids offer a thrilling experience with great waves, but the activity is still suitable for beginners in good physical condition. Before setting off, you’ll receive whitewater training, and your guide will accompany you throughout the trip.

It’s preferable, but not essential. What’s important is to let your guide know; they’ll take everyone’s abilities into account.
